Featuring breathtaking views of the Pikes Peak and the Front Range, Flying Horse is an exquisite resort community that offers well-appointed amenities for its residents and guests. With a cohesive neighborhood look, Flying Horse is one of the most visually stunning neighborhoods in Colorado Springs. New construction custom homes are outfitted in the Rocky-Mountain-Tuscan theme, with stucco siding, and Ranch-style features throughout. 

Most properties are single-family dwellings with some multi-family patio homes as well. Homes in Flying Horse are separated further into smaller communities.

Living in Flying Horse

For the residents who live in Flying Horse, one of the main attractions to the community lifestyle is the opportunity to become a member of The Club at Flying Horse. Membership grants access to the signature 18-hole Tom Weiskopf golf course, the athletic club and spa and the European inspired Clubhouse featuring fine dining at The Steakhouse at Flying Horse. Guests of The Lodge at Flying Horse also have the opportunity to enjoy all of these fantastic amenities.

Flying Horse North

The latest addition to the successful Flying Horse community is Flying Horse North, located south of Hodgen Road between Black Forest Road and Highway 83. Flying Horse North features a second 18-hole golf course designed by Phil Smith and is also managed by The Club at Flying Horse. Flying Horse North features a park with open space with an additional 283 acreage size home sites, along with access to the best custom home builders in the area.

Flying Horse Schools

Academy School District 20 and Lewis-Palmer School District 38 will serve the students of Flying Horse and Flying Horse North. Discovery Canyon Campus of School District 20 will serve the majority of students living in the original Flying Horse community. Depending on the exact location in Flying Horse North, either Academy District 20 or Lewis-Palmer School District 38 will serve the students living the newer Flying Horse community.
